I made this hat with a Wire Trash Can from the Dollar Tree, Ribbon, and florals. The total cost was about $6. The video I linked at the top shows all the steps I took to make it, but my inspiration came from THIS CRAFTER.

The other day while shopping I spotted a darling carrot basket at Michaels for $29. I knew that I could make it for much less. I used 4 packs of carrots from the Dollar Tree, 1 plastic Dollar Tree Easter basket , burlap fabric, and Dollar Tree brown rope. The total cost to make it was $7.50
