Layout 1 – Birthday Fun

This layout is to celebrate my daughter’s 2nd birthday. The elements are fun and with a large tag I was able to journal this special day. Adding on the number 2, some popped up chipboard, and scallops along the borders… it really completes the look.

Layout 2 – 3 Generations

Sometimes I use many photos and other times I just use one. I love to spotlight an important moment by using 1 large photo to highlight the memory. This layout was easy to create by adding layers of pattern paper under the 5×7 photo.

A.n easy way to work with chicken wire:
Place the wire flat on a wooden sureface, measure for where you want your bend, place a wooden slat on the wire and screw it down to the table. Put another piece of wood under the wire and push it to the first piece of wood. Tap it in with a hammer. You will have a nice crisp bend.
Hope you found this useful. Love watching your DYI ideas.

  2. I am excited to also see this by you. I need to organize everything I already have along with everything I have gotten almost weekly from dollar tree mostly for crafting or knitting. We now have an empty nest but finally at 67 also have our 1st Granddaughter! <3 I'm looking forward to trying to keep up with your sites mostly for wt. loss and I want to put together scrapbooks for each of my 3 daughters. Thank you so much for the inspirations!
