This is a quick UPDATE post for today to share this workout printable and NEW CHECK IN VIDEO over from my Heidi Sonboul Health Channel. It’s to help track your workout for the month of July and going into the end of the year. There is also a fun motivational printable that comes with it.
This week was a GREAT week for my Extreme Weight Loss Journey. I started at 323.8 and yesterday I weighed in at 308.8 lbs. That means I lost another 4lbs and I’m down a total of 15 lbs and feeling great.
If you haven’t heard yet, about a month ago I switched over to a plant based food plan and I’m so happy with it. I feel less swelling in my joints and I’m sleeping so much better at night. Also, my stomach feels SO MUCH better and I’ve stopping having skin breakouts and tightness of the throat.
It’s so important to find what works for you because we are all so different. What I’ve learned the most over this last year is that we have to love ourselves. We have to take care of the bodies we’ve been given, because we only get one.
I want to wish you all the best of luck this month and remember to enjoy yourself this 4th of July weekend. Just make sure to get in those workouts to balance the extra fun treats 🙂
