When it comes to getting healthier, It’s so easy to put ourselves last when life gets busy. Trust me… I personally know and have been doing it for 15 years.
My weight has gone up and down far too long and right now it’s the highest it’s ever been. Wanting to do something about it and knowing that I’m not alone I have decided to document the whole journey on a new YouTube channel called Heidi Sonboul Health.
Today I’m sharing my starting weight, what I’m eating, my new daily schedule, and my health plan in this video. Truthfully I could cry at the weight I’m starting at, but we all have to start somewhere. I’m being super open, so please do be nice. It’s not always easy putting ourselves out there, but I want to change my bad habits I’ve allowed in my life. This weight is causing so many health issues and I fully believe if I get it off I will feel so much better… STRONGER… and able to live my very best self.
